Good Point V fully commercialized
The Good Point V warehouse and production park is a complex that will consist of three buildings with a total area of 30,000 sq m. Two buildings, constructed as part of the first phase of this investment, have already received an occupancy permit. At the end of July this year, Dr Irena Eris SA, one of the leading Polish cosmetics manufacturers, moved into Hall No. 1. In turn, in the first half of August, the space in Hall No. 4 was handed over to Sales Service Sp. z o. o.
The completion of the entire park is scheduled for the first quarter of 2025. That is when OEX Fulfilio Sp. z o. o., a company specializing in logistics services for the e-commerce sector, loyalty programs and POS materials, will move into Good Point V.
The park is located in Łubna, in the immediate vicinity of national road no. 79, guaranteeing a quick connection with Warsaw (via Puławska Street) and the communication hub in Góra Kalwaria.
