Who do employers need in Minsk and how much do they pay the most sought-after specialists? Specialists from the job search website rabota.by analyzed which professions were most in demand in Minsk, based on vacancies published on the website rabota.by in the 2nd quarter of 2024.
The top 5 specializations for which there was high demand among employers in April-June included:
- sales or customer service managers;
- accountants;
- sales consultants and cashiers;
- drivers;
- programmers and developers.
They are willing to pay a cashier salesperson up to 1,700 BYN net, and a sales assistant up to 1,860 BYN.
It is noteworthy that, in comparison with the first quarter, the top 10 was replenished with teachers, lecturers and pedagogues, as well as packers and assemblers – they replaced design engineers, designers and marketing managers and Internet marketers.
Also, specialists from the website rabota.by analyzed salary offers for these professionals. It is worth noting that despite the fact that salaries are indicated after taxes, they do not take into account the type of employment, work schedule and additional monetary rewards in the form of bonuses and bonuses.
