Starting next year, Estonia will see several changes to income tax and non-taxable income, which will have a direct impact on people's wallets.
From 1 January 2025, tax-free income will increase to 700 euros per month. However, the current progressive income tax system, also known as the “tax hump,” will still apply, meaning the more a person earns, the less tax-free income they have.
Also, from January 1, income tax will increase from the current 20 percent to 22 percent.
