According to the new legislation, catering establishments will be required to provide paper receipts before payment, which will give citizens the opportunity to refuse to receive electronic receipts. The corresponding document is posted on the portal of official publication of legal acts.
The amendments were adopted in the State Duma during the second reading of the bill on simplifying the procedures for registering cash register equipment (KKT). It is assumed that they will solve the problem of refusal to issue paper receipts in catering establishments.
