Most supplies to Kenya
Jelena Tiurina, director of analytical department of RGU, speculated, that supplies of wheat since beginning of year have decreased by almost 57 percent., to 468 000 ton, barley – by 93 proc, to 10 400 ton, a currency – fact fixed.
In the first decade January Russian wheat was shipped only to seven countries, a year there were 18 of them. At the same time the maximum quantity was shipped to Kenya – 111 thousand tons, that is by 6 perc. more than a year ago. In that same time exports to Egypt dropped by 54 perc. to 83 thousand tons, only 4.8 thousand tons were shipped to Turkey – said an analyst.
Export by sea and land
E. Tyurina also added that the largest part of grain (197 tys. ton) was traditionally shipped by Novorossiysk. This is by 67 percent more than year previously. There were 113 thousand tons. This is new port, a year ago this time there was no that there that had been transported.
According to RGU data, the road transshipment of Russian grain at the beginning of the year decreased by nearly 65 perc, by Rostov over the Don deliveries fell by 69 proc, by
Azov – by 84 proc. In the same time shipment by Yeisk increased by 31 proc.
