Russia could reach new record in rapeseed production

Good forecasts for rapeseed and oil flax

5 million tons is another record for rapeseed. There are good prospects for the oil flax harvest. It is not supposed to be the record from last year, but 1.6 million tons will be harvested in Russia.

In the Siberian Federal District, about 2 million tons of rapeseed will be harvested. According to the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, the rapeseed harvest in 2023 amounted to about 4.2 million tons.
