Raiffeisenbank intends to apply to the arbitration court for bankruptcy of NGK Kashira LLC, according to a message on Fedresurs dated July 10. The application has not yet been registered by the court. The bank has 100% shares in the company and its building with an area of 1.1 thousand square meters as collateral. m, follows from SPARK-Interfax. In March, Raiffeisenbank collected proposals for the assignment of rights of claim to NGK Kashira. The amount of debt was estimated at 1.47 billion rubles, according to data from the Russian Auction House.
NGK Kashira is one of the 12 largest mushroom producers. The company supplies its products to large retail chains. According to SPARK-Interfax, NGK Kashira LLC is now owned by the Cypriot Rescentiaco Holdings Limited (99.9%) and Andrey Pozhitkov (0.01%). Previously, it was owned by the Latvian Miko Invest and the Lithuanian Baltic Champs Group. The revenue of LLC NGK Kashira in 2023 amounted to 697.5 million rubles, decreasing by 8% year-on-year. Net loss increased by 7.9%, to RUB 265.3 million.
