Rosbank will join T-Bank as a branch, Vedomosti writes, citing data from TCS Holding, whose structure includes both credit organizations.

According to information from T-Bank, Rosbank will surrender its license: “The merger format will allow the balance sheets of both banks to be combined under the T-Bank license.” The decision to merge Rosbank as a branch will be made by the banks’ shareholders — TCS Holding (which owns 100% of T-Bank and 99.4% of Rosbank), as well as the owners of Rosbank shares in free circulation.
The integration process is planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2025. As a result, Rosbank's obligations and client brands will be preserved. The bank currently has 10 branches in Russia and another 74 additional offices.
In the future, the merged structure will take 5th place in the Russian banking system in terms of the volume of funds of the population (2.7 trillion rubles) and 4th place in terms of the size of the loan portfolio of citizens (over 2 trillion rubles). The total capital of the group will exceed 500 billion rubles.
