Ice cream with the image and name of the band Vanilla Ninja has been one of the most popular sweets in Estonia for many years. However, the revenue from the sale of Vanilla Ninja ice cream belongs to the manufacturer, not the band. The magazine Kroonika has compiled a list of famous Estonians whose names have been placed on the products. However, some of the stars have ended their collaboration, including the rapper nublu. Former Vanilla Ninja member Katrin Siska recently visited Rock FM radio. “Are you raking in the dough?” the radio host joked, asking about the division of revenue from ice cream sales. “Only if I sold the ice cream for a higher price,” Katrin replied, meaning that the revenue from the sale of the ice cream belongs to the manufacturer. “We cooperate, but not directly. We sold them our trademark, and they can safely run their own business. But we constantly cooperate with them,” Sky.ee quotes Katrin as saying.
