
In 2024 Allo continued to invest in the development of stores to make the customer’s shopping experience more comfortable. What was the company focused on?
The Company focused on optimizing the shopping space to make it easier to view and test items from the main Allo assortment, to purchase or receive online orders. The Company has significantly expanded the assortment, and new windows and brand zones have appeared in stores. In 2024 year Allo opened 9 new stores in Kiev, Lviv, Ternopil, Vinnitsa and Bakhmach, and also renovated, reformatted and renewed the operation of 54 trading points in 19 cities.

“The trend of the last years in Ukrainian retail is the growth of online traffic at the expense of decreasing offline. We work to ensure that customers are interested in visiting our stores, where they can look at news and learn about innovations. We also accelerate our logistics and develop the operation of delivery points, because clients want to receive the goods ordered on allo.ua as quickly as we can.or in the application. In 2025 year we will continue thorough analysis of the efficiency of the trading area and we will work on its future optimization.” – notes Nikolay Astapov, director of development and formats of Allo.

In new and reformatted stores of the network expanded assortment of household appliances and goods for personal care. Customers can acquaint themselves with coffeemakers, multipedes, stick and robotic vacuum cleaners, hair dryers, stylers, massagers, electric toothbrushes and irrigators. Also in stores are more, than before, models of televisions. Some stores have renovated areas with gaming goods, and also presented gaming keyboards, mice and headphones in the brand zones Hator, Razer and Logitech, which have not been before.
