Twice a year, the Unemployment Insurance Fund produces a labor market survey, which forecasts the demand for labor by profession. The study was compiled from the point of view of employers, assessing how the need for workers in certain professions will change during the year, in which professions there is a surplus of labor, and in which there is a shortage.
