From January 1, 2025, Rostrud will begin to form a register of employers with recorded cases of illegal employment. It will be published on the agency's website.
The list will include companies that replace labor relations with civil law contracts or evade the execution of labor contracts with employees.
Employers will be added to the register only on the basis of a decision on an administrative offence. Rostrud believes that inclusion in the list will allow job seekers to assess the company's integrity in advance.
It is proposed to divide the marketplace business by types of activity .
