MHP
In July of this year, Valeriy Bondar was appointed to the position of Deputy CEO for strategic marketing projects at MHP, where he began working in June of last year as an advisor to the Chairman of the Board on marketing issues.
Before MHP, Valery worked for 3.5 years as the marketing director of the ATB chain of stores, where together with the team he launched the ATB online store, projects with Tabletochki, came up with the “Kinder for adults”, the chain’s mobile games and much more.
Earlier, Valeriy worked in the supermarket chains Klass, Varus and Brusnichka. And before coming to retail, he worked as a CRM analyst at the Shakhtar football club (Donetsk).
«Kyivstar»
Tetyana Lukinyuk left the position of B2C director of Kyivstar. She announced this on her Facebook page on July 26. "Three years ago, when I came to the company, I constantly heard "It won't be boring." This is 100% true: it wasn't boring for a second," Lukinyuk wrote.

Let us recall that Tatyana Lukinyuk is a graduate of the British Institute of Marketing CIM and the holder of two certificates from the prestigious INSEAD business school. In 2020, she was included in the Forbes list of Ukrainian women who "made themselves".
Previously, Tatyana worked as a brand manager at Coca-Cola and marketing director at Oriflame Cosmetics. In 2015-21, she managed the Ukrainian office of Red Bull. After that, she became B2C director at Kyivstar, where she was responsible for about 90% of the turnover.
Shopping center Respublika Park
Svetlana Goryunova has been appointed the new director of the rental department of the Respublika Park shopping center. Svetlana Goryunova began her new duties on August 1.
Her appointment as Director of the Leasing Department is part of the shopping center’s development strategy aimed at strengthening its position in the commercial real estate market and marks the next stage in the development of the shopping center, which has achieved significant results under the leadership of the team headed by Elena Yatsenko .
Elena has worked at Respublika Park for over four years, heading the commercial department of the shopping center for the last two years and has achieved significant results in this position. During her leadership, the occupancy rate of the shopping center reached 85%. Even during difficult wartime, the shopping center continued to actively develop, opening new stores and establishments, many of which are unique flagships for the Ukrainian market. Now all key Ukrainian and international brands are represented in the shopping center, the total number of tenants has exceeded 340, and Respublika Park itself has become one of the most visited shopping centers in the capital.
Svetlana Goryunova , who will now head the commercial department, has 12 years of experience in development and retail. Prior to her new appointment, she held the position of Leading Manager of the Commercial Department of the Respublika Park shopping center since August 2019. In this position, Svetlana was responsible for developing the shopping center concept, coordinating the leasing process and optimizing the space layout.

The appointment of Svetlana Goryunova to the position of Director of the Lease Department should contribute to the further development and strengthening of Respublika Park's position in the Ukrainian commercial real estate market, continuing the course laid out by the team.

Sinsay
On August 1, Olga Prikhodko joined the Ukrainian team of the Polish retailer Sinsay, where she will be engaged in the development of the network. She is tasked with opening new stores in different regions of Ukraine.
Before that, Olga had worked in the commercial department of the Gulliver BFC since April last year. And even earlier, since November 2018, Olga Prikhodko worked as a project manager at the construction company Synergy Construction, where she was responsible for finding potential customers and popularizing the company in the retail market.
"Motherland Cowbaska"
In early August, Vladimir Polischuk left the company "Rodinna Kovbaska", where he held the position of Chief Brand Officer since September last year. He announced this on his Facebook page: "Today, a difficult but exciting year at Rodinna Kovbaska has officially ended. I remain the brand ambassador and am sure that we will continue to cross paths on projects more than once. Before working at Rodinna Kovbaska, Vladimir headed the marketing department of the Medis medical laboratory.
From December 2020 to November 2021, Vladimir worked as the Marketing Director of the Territory of Minimum Prices chain of stores. He also worked for six years in the ZhZhUK chain of gadget stores, where he headed the marketing department. Before that, he worked at the Amstor Group of Companies and the STEP Computer Academy.
Vladimir is also a co-founder of the Lviv-based marketing and design studio Must, which has been operating on the market for over 10 years.
"Boodinok igrashok"
Evgeniya Olenikova has been appointed as the Operations Director of the Budinok Igrashok chain of stores. The top manager's main tasks will primarily be to increase the operational efficiency of the stores and optimize the chain's business processes.
