The succession shopping and entertainment center was closed in the summer of 2020, 5 years after its opening, after the bankruptcy of its owner, the indebted company Fabryka Biznesu, was announced. The next owner of the center was Amush Investment Group, whose president is Turkish businessman Sabri Bekdas.
Succession opens after a 4-year break
On July 27, 2022, Amoush Investment officially became the new owner of the center. Then the notarial deed was signed.
Nowa Naszacja is to be a completely fresh concept on the Łódź market. There will be approximately 100 stores of well-known chains and service points on two commercial levels. A space will be created for service, commercial and catering activities, with a food court and renovated interiors of common areas.
The facility is located in the very center of the city, close to the Expo hall, the Lodz University of Technology and the academic estate.
New Succession focuses on entertainment. It's like being in Dubai
The facility definitely focuses on the entertainment segment. Attractions for the whole family and young people will occupy over 30,000 m2, i.e. half of the entire facility. This zone will include, among others: with large thematic playgrounds, slides, mountains, volcanoes, castles, carousels, "bumper cars" zone, Ninja Warrior obstacle course, rope park, climbing wall, go-kart track, trampoline park, playing fields, stages for concerts and sports and artistic performances , driving schools for children and teenagers, as many as 20 thematic birthday rooms and a large gaming zone with over 120 stations. There will also be the largest, unique toy store in Poland. Children will be able to explore the entire entertainment floor on moving trains. The project is inspired by modern playgrounds from Dubai, Singapore, China and the USA.
