A gardener from Southern Estonia started a lawsuit against an online store over a greenhouse that collapsed like a house of cards after the first rain. According to him, the case seemed hopeless – and only after Rus.Postimees intervened was the buyer promised a refund.
"I'm not the only one. Other people bought a similar greenhouse that broke down right away, and they can't prove anything either," explains Ruslan from Southern Estonia ( name changed at the request of the reader – editor's note ) his decision to contact the editorial office of Rus.Postimees with his problem.
The background story is as follows: at the beginning of summer, Ruslan purchased a 3×6 m prefabricated greenhouse for seedlings from the online store 1a.ee.
