As the famous Estonian restaurateur Pavel Guryanov told Delovye Vedomosti, the KOGU Resto ja Pagar bakery will soon close.
"It's a restructuring of the business to focus on what we do best," he explained.
Since September, the establishment, which was loved by many (but still not popular enough to pay for itself), will be closed, and several employees had to be laid off.
"The purchase price of flour before the war was 25 cents, and now it is approaching the euro. And people are not psychologically prepared to pay six euros for a pie, not two," the restaurateur comments.
