The Thunder company (an operating structure of the Magnit retailer) became the owner of 33.01% in DV Nevada LLC, the parent company of the Far Eastern retail chain Samberi. According to information from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the changes occurred on August 7. Other co-owners of DV Nevada are Yuri Egorov (his share is 29.27%), Marina Merkulova (share 19.73%), Sergey Bulygin (14.64%) and Lev Volkov (3.35%).
In October 2023, Magnit announced that it had reached an agreement to acquire a 33.01% stake in the authorized capital of Samberi, the largest retail chain in the Far East. The network also received an option to buy out the remaining shares within five years.
