Bonduelle sells plants in France and Germany. There are already interested buyers
In France, the "Bonduelle Frais France" branch is reducing employment. The headquarters is preparing for restructuring and the Saint-Mihiel plant will cease operations. Sales negotiations are already underway with the salad producer Les Crudettes.

"These actions are necessary to preserve jobs at the Bonduelle Group's plants in France and Europe," the company said.
The group is also reviewing its "salad business" in North America. Only in Italy did packaged salad sales grow in the last quarter.
