Last week, the shopping and community center "Avia Mall" gave its future tenants the opportunity to get acquainted with the facility. Many of them are already ready to install trade equipment.
"Avia Mall" is preparing to open this year. It will become the largest shopping facility in Belarus: its area will be more than 138 thousand square meters. The closest competitor – the shopping center Dana Mall has an area of 97 thousand square meters. "Avia Mall" is located in the center of the multifunctional complex "Minsk-Mir".
The construction of the facility has already been completed. Future tenants of the retail space got acquainted with the facility during a special presentation and are preparing to bring in equipment. Almost everything is ready for the opening.
The developer claims that the “Public” status is not accidental. “Avia Mall” is not just another “retail space on the city map,” but a place of attraction for the entire district.
More than 500 shops and boutiques will open on the Avia Mall area, the public catering area will occupy 9,000 sq. m, where visitors will have access to 35 restaurants. An LED screen with an area of 185 sq. m will operate on the facade of the facility. The parking lot is designed for 3,000 cars.
Among the future brands that will open their stores now are We Are, Zarina, Befree, Sela, Idol, Love Republic, Elektroservis i Ko. There will also be a cinema and a fitness center. The anchor grocery operator will be the Green hypermarket.
