TVNET+ found out what is known about the head of the Fisom travel agency, which is behind the organization of the trip – 26-year-old Matis Dalbergs, who stopped responding to calls after the incident and resorted to the help of a lawyer.
For several days now, the Fisom website has published an announcement that all phone calls will henceforth be answered by lawyer Vaida Davidsone.
"We inform you that the tour operator Fisom will provide a detailed explanation of the situation in the near future. All questions, as well as possible disputes that may arise between the parties, will be resolved legally. At the same time, we ask all interested parties to observe ethics and not to threaten representatives of the tour operator," the message says without specifying what exactly happened. At the time of writing, a detailed explanation has not appeared on the operator's website.
In an interview with TVNET+, Davidsone described Dalbergs as a talented and energetic young man, a good organizer, who, however, lacks experience, a good accountant and knowledge in the technical field.
