Pyszne.pl is developing its HR department
Due to the development of the Center in the area of HR in logistics, Pyszne.pl is actively looking for employees. The main requirement in current recruitment processes is knowledge of one of the foreign languages: German, Italian, Spanish and English. Pyszne.pl plans to increase the staff of the Wrocław office by 40 people by the end of 2025.
– We also provide opportunities for career development to people without professional experience but with knowledge of foreign languages. We provide them with support in learning all processes and systems as well as access to global training programs – says Dorota Doroszuk, Lead HR Business Partner and Interim Share Services Manager at Pyszne.pl.
– With these new labor market participants in mind, we have prepared appropriate career paths. We want them to develop together with our Shared Services Center and advance within its structures over time. It is also worth adding that as part of the expansion of the services provided, it is planned that the Shared Services Center will support the logistics area also in the so-called Live Operations, in which the agent takes care of all issues and difficulties reported by the courier while delivering the order – adds Dorota Doroszuk.
Experienced specialists wanted
As part of the Pyszne.pl Shared Services Center, a team is also being built that will provide HR services in other departments not dealing with logistics. This centralization is primarily aimed at improving the experience of all employees, as well as increasing efficiency through automation and streamlining of certain operations. However, this will not be possible without the right team, which is why Pyszne.pl actively recruits, looking for HR specialists with global experience and a high level of knowledge of foreign languages. Ultimately, approximately 45 job positions will be created in this area for professionals in the field of human resources management.
– Until the end of 2024 and throughout 2025, we intend to focus on continuing the expansion of our Shared Services Center – says Iwona Piotrowska, Country HR Business Partner at Pyszne.pl. – We face the ambitious task of creating a team that will provide services at the same, highest level for all supported countries, while taking into account unique local legal requirements. I am sure that we will find the right people in Wrocław, she adds.
Both projects implemented by JET in Wrocław will contribute to the creation of a total of almost 90 new, attractive jobs.
