Italian house of fashion Prada is considering the possibility of purchasing another Italian brand – Versace, wrote Il Sole 24 Ore.

Capri Capri Holdings Ltd. a manufacturer of luxury brands clothing Capri Holdings Ltd. (has owned Versace since 2018 year ) offered the deal to Prada and other potentially interested investors. Capri Holdings Ltd. is also the owner of the brands Michael Kors and Jimmy Choo. The possible deal will be curated by American investment bank Citi.
