“The Popeyes restaurant will be a perfect complement to the retail park's offer and a meeting place for residents. I am convinced that visits to the restaurant will have a positive impact on generating even better attendance and turnover results for all tenants in the facility managed by Master Management Group. The company already has a valid building permit and is finalizing the procedure for selecting the general contractor. The Popeyes restaurant will be a free-standing building in the immediate vicinity of the MMG retail park in Szczecin. It will be built in the parking lot in front of the facility, at the entrance from Struga Street. Its area will cover 300 sq m. and in addition to the traditional consumption room, it will also serve drivers in the Drive Thru formula.
“Szczecin was the second city, after Wrocław, where we opened our second restaurant in Poland in July 2023. The residents welcomed us warmly (and in crowds) and we will always have a fondness for this place. We are even more pleased that we will be able to offer the residents of Szczecin a new format – this time a Drive Thru restaurant, where we will introduce ourselves to a different customer segment and, as a brand, we will present our new side.
