In the run-up to Christmas, Kaufland is allocating nearly PLN 20million for additional benefits. As part of this amount, shopping vouchers worth a total of nearly PLN 18 million were donated, as well as Christmas packages worth more than PLN 2 million, which went to employees across Poland. In addition, more than 1,500 Christmas parcels were given to former employees who have already retired, which shows that the company does not forget the people who have co-created its success over the years.
The year 2024 was a special year for us – we opened our 250th store in Poland, which is an important stage in the implementation of our development strategy. This success would not have been possible without the commitment of our employees. They are the ones we want to thank, rewarding their efforts and contributions to the development of our network.
