Yesterday, August 28, US Real Estate and Bildgren Ehitus organised a topping out party at Park Tondi Residentsid to celebrate the apartment buildings being built between the tennis courts and the historic Tondi barracks reaching their full height. The project includes a total of 48 apartments, which will be ready for occupancy this spring. Chairman of the Supervisory Board of US Invest Urmas Sõõrumaa thanked all partners involved in the project and added that the topping out party gives everyone even more strength and motivation to complete the project: “We started in March of this year, and in less than half a year the apartment buildings have reached their full height – that’s incredibly fast. We have already made so much progress in construction that anyone who wants to can come and see the new apartments right now.” Sõõrumaa added that US Real Estate aims to further develop the “15-minute city” concept by building new A-class homes in the Kristiine area in addition to the sports centre, school and office buildings. “One of the biggest advantages of these soon-to-be-completed buildings is their excellent accessibility and independence from public transport – it takes just a few minutes to get to work, school, a store and many hobby clubs and sections. Instead of sitting in traffic jams, parents can give their children a wonderful childhood by setting an alarm just 10 minutes before school starts – and the child will still get to school on time. Parents can be sure that Park Tondi Residentsid is a safe place where they can support their child’s independence,” noted Sõõrumaa. All 2–4-room Park Tondi Residentsid apartments have a balcony or terrace, smart home solutions, luxurious interior decoration and high ceilings. Much attention has also been paid to landscaping – both buildings are surrounded by a fenced green area where even the youngest members of the family can safely spend time – cars are parked underground and the entire yard is like a large playground. The partner in the construction of Park Tondi Residentsid is the long-standing company Bildgren Ehitus, whose team has previously built Kiikri Residentsid and several other apartment buildings. Urmas Kaasik, a member of the board of Bildgren Ehitus, noted that the success of the project is determined, on the one hand, by the quality of construction, and on the other, by the clarity of the customer's requirements for the project and their clear formulation to the developer. "Our cooperation with US Real Estate is progressing well – we are on schedule and are looking forward to the completion of the work in Park Tondi Residentsid," he added.
