The hurricane that hit Otepää Parish at around 3:15 p.m. on July 1 tore the roof off a three-story apartment building, which landed on the grass behind the building on Voki Street. No one was hurt, but cracks appeared in the outer wall of the building and it, along with the boiler chimney, shifted by almost 15 centimeters.
