Telliskivi TLN will begin construction of a building next to the Baltic Station Market in the autumn. The new building will add 1,800 m² of commercial space, as well as retail space on the ground floor. As of today, a third of the planned space has already been pre-booked. During the construction, the walls of the royal limestone will be restored, to which a modern architectural part of the building will be added.
