According to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry , by the end of the second quarter of this year, pension funds had invested 643 million euros in Estonia, and the total value of pension funds was 5.1 billion euros. That is, the volume of assets invested by Estonian pension funds has decreased by 2.58 percentage points, or 49 million euros, over the past year.

In the second quarter of last year, 15.09 percent of total pension funds were invested in Estonia, and in the second quarter of 2022 – 16.35 percent, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry writes in its analysis.

Investments from SEB pension funds fell the most, amounting to EUR 35 million, followed by Swedbank pension funds with EUR 15 million. LHV pension funds' investments in the Estonian economy increased by 1.5 million euros over the year, while Luminor's investments increased slightly – by 0.1 million euros.
