What is the payment rate for small farms?
The payment rate is the PLN equivalent of EUR 225/ha of area approved for basic income support. A maximum of EUR 1,125 can be received by a farmer who has 5 ha and is not burdened with any penalties or reductions, converted using the EUR/PLN exchange rate.
The payment for small farms replaces all other types of direct payments, including eco-schemes, however, when applying for a payment for small farms, you can apply for transitional national support, LFA payments, ecological payments, agri-environment-climate payments, and afforestation payments.

How to submit a payment application for small farms?
An application for a payment for small farms can only be submitted in the eWniosekPlus application via the Electronic Services Platform. Therefore, it is not possible to submit it using another platform, in person or by post.
In the eWniosekPlus application, select Application for payment for 2024 and add a scan of the completed and signed attachment Z0296 – Application for payment for small farms, which can be downloaded from the ARiMR website.
The application for payment for small farms can also be withdrawn via the Electronic Services Platform (PUE). The appropriate form is also available on the ARiMR website.
Applications can be both submitted and withdrawn until September 2, 2024. The deadline for submitting and withdrawing the application cannot be restored.
Payment for small farms is granted by decision of the head of the Agency's district office competent for the farmer's place of residence or registered office.
