
Pasažieru Pasažieru vilciens (PV) will today present the first electric train manufactured by Czech Czech company Škoda Vagonka, equipped with bicycle holders, the PV reported.The presentation will take place at the Zemitany railway station at 11:00. Kaspars Briskens. PV PV announced earlier that it plans to equip all new electric trains with bicycle holders by the summer. Each train will have bicycle holders for 12
bicycles. The total cost of installing the bicycle holders will be
888 600 euros. The new trains will begin running at the end of 2023 year. The costs for their procurement were over 244,846 million euros, including 168,191 million
EuropeanUnion funding.
