"The service received confirmation from OOO Internet Resheniya that the warning had been fulfilled. The company reported on the changes made to the agreement with the sellers," the statement said.
The agency clarified that the contract with sellers now reflects an exhaustive list of grounds for refusing to conclude the contract and its unilateral termination.
Ozon has also introduced clear and transparent conditions for connecting and disconnecting the "Points for Discounts" service. Sellers can now provide their contact information to buyers, which simplifies the resolution of disputes.
The warning was issued to Ozon in April 2024. The regulator saw signs of violation of the competition law in the marketplace's actions.
