
At the end of 2024 year net retail revenue O`key Group S.A. increased by 5.5% in annual expression to 217.1 billion rubles.

The report of the company reported, that for period net retail revenue of hypermarkets O’Key increased by 2,0% in annual expression to 144,8 billion rubles through growth of LFL revenue network. Online sales amounted to 7.8 billion rubles, remaining at the level 5.4% of net retail revenues of O’Kay hypermarkets .
Net retail revenues of the discounter “Yes!” increased by 13.3% in year-on-year to 72.3 billion rubles due to growth of LFL revenues by 8.0% and expansion of trade platform by 2.1% year-on-year, and its share in net retail revenue of the group was 33.3%. In addition, the discounter network “Yes!” increased by 4 4 stores (net of closures). That brings the total number of group stores to 301, including 77 O’Key hypermarkets and 224 discounters Yes!” at the end of 2024 year.
At the end of IV quarter Q4 2024 year net retail revenues of the group increased by 5.3% year-on-year to 61.5 billion rubles primarily because of growth in the revenues of comparable stores (LFLs). For the same period the system retail revenues of O’Key hypermarkets increased by 2.9% in year-on-year to 42.1 billion rubles on the background of growth LFL revenue of the hypermarket segment by 2.9%, and net retail revenue of the discounter network “Yes!” increased by 10.9% in annualized revenue to 19.4 billion rublesIn more than thanks to increase LFL revenue by 10.0%.
In December of last year the group announced its intent to sell the O’Key hypermarket business to Russian management. The Board of Directors of the group believes that this decision is in thebest interest of the company and all its shareholders and interested parties. The transaction can be closed only after its approval by regulatory bodies of theRussian Federation.
