Opening of new TC in Khmelnitschina in November 2024 year
In late November 2024 the first line of the TC Sakura park in Kamenets-Podolsky on Eugenia Street. Eugene Konovalets, 5 A. Total area – 5000 sq. m, a trading – 3500 sq. m. TRC Sofia Mall opened in 2021 year in one of the densely populated districts of the capital – Sofiyivska Borschagovka, and at the time of the launch wasA specialized furniture trading center. Already in the summer 2024 vacancy in the TRC was zero and it is visited daily by 15 000 people.

The new TRC Corona is located in the most center of Uzhgorod, not far from Theatralnaya and Fencik’s plazas. This three-story project total area 14 000 sq. m and rental 10500 sq. m, calculated for more than 75 network international and national operators present in the market of Ukraine. When on its place worked hotel and restaurant “Verkhovina”, its restoration began already in 2015. EniCenter purchases land plot with unfinished TRC KyivMall
The Encenter K Group could buy the company DivoCenter.” leasing a land plot and owning the unfinished TRC KyivMall in the capital city, writes Forbes.
