PLN 1.14 billion in farmers' accounts as part of grain subsidies
An individual who: can apply for financial resources under the premium.
- on the date of submission of the application is at least 18 years old and not more than 40 years old (not more than 41 years old);
- commenced agricultural activity no earlier than 24 months before the date of submission of the application or has not yet commenced agricultural activity;
- has an identification number assigned in accordance with the regulations on the national system for registering producers, registering agricultural holdings and registering applications for payments;
- has appropriate professional qualifications or skills useful for conducting agricultural activity on a farm as a manager or undertakes to supplement them (excluding work experience) within 3 years from the date of payment of the first instalment of aid, and starts supplementing his/her education no later than within 12 months from the date of granting the aid;
- submits a business plan and undertakes to implement it within a period not longer than 3 full calendar years following the starting year, regardless of the date of conclusion of the agreement.
Assistance is granted only once per person and farm indicated in the business plan for the initial and target year, except in the case of land exchange, death of the previous beneficiary, withdrawal of assistance or repayment of 100% of the amount of assistance paid.

What can the funding be spent on?
The funding can be used, for example, for:
- construction investments related to buildings or structures used for the production of unprocessed agricultural products or for preparing them for sale;
purchase of agricultural real estate; - purchase of a basic herd of farm animals;
investments in permanent plantings in orchards and perennial plantations; - purchase of new machinery, equipment, fixtures, devices (including computer equipment) or vehicles that support the production of unprocessed agricultural products or preparation of them for sale;
- purchase of intangible assets supporting the production of unprocessed agricultural products or their preparation for sale, with an expected economic useful life of more than 1 year (including computer programs).
The aid is in the form of a premium, and its amount is PLN 200,000. It is paid in two installments:
- PLN 140,000 – after signing the bonus agreement and submitting an application for payment of the first instalment;
- PLN 60,000 – after implementing the business plan and submitting an application for payment of the second instalment.
The limit of financial resources up to which ARiMR may grant aid under the recruitment process is PLN 811 million.
