The largest decrease in vacancy rates compared to the same period last year was recorded on pedestrian streets in Moscow. Thus, in the first half of the year, the share of empty premises decreased by 9.9 percentage points and amounted to 3.5%.

“The positive dynamics in terms of vacancy rates in the central shopping corridors of Moscow continues to persist, however, this, in turn, leads to a slowdown in the opening rate of many projects due to the lack of supply in locations attractive to tenants.
