Retail Park Dzierżoniów with a building permit. Lidl and New Yorker as tenants
BIG Poland is expanding the Andrychów retail park, adding 1,500 sq m of leasable space. The largest tenant that will join the enlarged BIG Andrychów is New Yorker, enriching the fashion offer and making its products available to customers, previously unavailable in the Andrychów region.
– The popularity of our Andrychów retail park among customers and the recognition of tenants made everyone look forward to the expansion of BIG Andrychów. Today we would like to share the information that the brand that will appear in the enlarged BIG Andrychów will be New Yorker and in December it will open its first and only modern fashion salon in the region – says Eran Levy, BIG Poland CEO. – We are glad that by expanding the offer, BIG Andrychów will diversify and expand shopping opportunities for our customers – he adds.
Retail parks under the BIG brand operate in Poland in three locations – in Lubin, Andrychów and Łubna near Warsaw, and others are under construction. BIG Poland conducts extensive marketing communication in the vicinity of each of its retail parks and is involved in the functioning of local communities, while working in partnership with tenants.
BIG Poland and BIG Andrychów
BIG Andrychów offers 24,000 sq m of GLA and over 30 stores, and after the expansion, the GLA area will increase by an additional 1,500 sq m. The offer includes the Leroy Merlin DIY store, the Lidl supermarket and stores of fashion, footwear, sports, electronics, home appliances and drugstore brands. The current brands include: Dealz, Empik, Diverse, Deichmann, Cropp, CCC, 4F, 50Style, kaes. Jysk, house, hebe, KIK, Martes Sport, Ochnik, Media Expert, Pepco, Rossmann, Sinsay, Tedi, Smyk, Vision Express and others.
BIG Poland is part of the international BIG Shopping Centers group, founded in 1994 in Israel by Yehuda Neftali, focusing on the development, operation and investment in retail parks, shopping, logistics, office, residential and renewable energy centers.
