The new Teika Plaza shopping centre will open on August 29 in Riga, at 201 Brivibas gatve, in the former Elkor Plaza premises. As Delfi Bizness has found out, the owner of the Teika Plaza shopping centre is SIA EF Mall. The real beneficiary of the company is Leonids Esterkins, co-owner of Rietumu banka. The shopping centre has undergone extensive changes. Buyers will be offered both Latvian brands and world-famous trademarks.
