Kodano Optyk and Apart in Lodz Passage

Lodz Passage gained a new tenant on November 26. Kodano Optyk is a renowned chain of optical stores and a leader in contact lens sales in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. The 49-square-meter premises give the center’s customers access to a wide selection of corrective and sunglasses from popular, respected brands, as well as various accessories dedicated to those looking for high-quality optical products.

On the same day, a modernized Apart store also opened in Pasaż Łódzki, which, after renovation, gained a completely new, refreshed look. The 78-square-meter store impresses with its modern design, emphasizing the style of the brand, which has been the leader of the Polish jewelry market for years. The new interior design harmoniously combines modernity with elegance, creating a spacious and functional space. In a comfortable environment, customers can discover Apart’s wide range of jewelry, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and watches – both original and designed in cooperation with renowned designers.

New Charlie Bistro restaurant

The Charlie Bistro brand joined the ranks of Pasaż Łódzki’s gastronomic tenants on the last day of November, replacing the Foodmax restaurant after its rebranding. The Charlie Bistro concept is based on a simple, flexible model in which the customer pays only for what he puts on his plate. Guests can decide their own portion sizes, choosing from a wide range of dishes. The menu includes home-cooked meals, dishes inspired by world cuisine, as well as seasonal dishes. The Charlie Bistro location occupies an area of 82 m².

– Lodz Passage, as part of its development strategy, is constantly focusing on both expanding its offerings and enriching the shopping experience of its customers. The opening of Kodano Optyk, the modernized Apart and changes to the food court in the form of Charlie Bistro are the next steps in adapting the center to the expectations of today’s consumers and increasing the attractiveness of the center,” says Agata Stańkowska, Head of Leasing Sierra Balmain.

The grand opening of the new Charlie Bistro restaurant took place on November 30. The event was accompanied by attractions such as cake, champagne, refreshments and contests for the first customers.
