In September, a new Estonian dairy product will hit store shelves – Alma curd snacks, which took local dairy producer Valio Eesti two years, 22 tons of curd and 4 tons of cocoa glaze to create. The total investment in the creation of the new Alma snacks is 2 million euros, slightly more than half of which was spent on creating a new production line at the Laeva factory near Tartu.
