Smart shopping with the Klarna app
Klarna app users can view reviews and testimonials from other shoppers, as well as price history. Additionally, if a customer finds a product they are interested in, they can make a purchase directly in the app. The assistant recommends products based on the user's preferences, increasing the relevance and satisfaction of the shopping experience. From the Klarna app, purchases and returns from different stores can be managed in one place. In addition, users can store digital versions of all their loyalty cards there and manage them from their mobile devices.

The assistant is available in 23 markets around the world, 24 hours a day and communicates in over 35 languages.
In recent years, Klarna has introduced new features to its app to meet the growing range of consumer needs. In 2022, the company integrated price data for 5.8 million products, which are updated daily to ensure that its customers always have the best offer for the product they are looking for.
