MAX Premium Burgers has introduced a new, unique item to the menu – Brooklyn Tribute. Burger inspired by the iconic Emmy Burger from New Pizza Loves Emily is a combination of classics with modern flavors, which transport guests to the heart of New York.
Richard Bergfors, CEO MAX Burgers, and Jonas Mårtensson, head kitchen brand, regularly travel in the search for new flavors, which could enrich the menu MAX. In New York Pizza Loves Emily tasted the famous Emmy Burger, whose unique sauce became the key inspiration for Brooklyn Tribute.
Sauce, based on Korean pasta chili gochujang and mayonnaise, is a milder version of the original, which combines taste umami with subtle sharpness. This combination has quickly gained recognition across the world.
– Brooklyn Tribute is the effect of our culinary research, which had the purpose to create a burger combining the classics with modernity. The key element – sauce inspired by the cult Emmy Burger – is a true gratch for fans of sharp flavors, which perfectly composes with the other ingredients. In MAX Premium Burgers we always
strive for perfection, to make each our proposal a exceptional taste experience for our guests –
says Jonas Mårtensson, the head of Kitchen MAX Burgers.
