The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development announced that in response to the demands of farmers and fishermen, the deadline for implementing investments in the processing or introduction of agricultural, food, fishery or aquaculture products to the market has been extended – from 12 months to 18 months from the date of conclusion of the agreement on covering the project with support and no later than 31 March 2026.

The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of 31 July 2024 amending the Regulation on the detailed purpose, conditions and procedure for granting support for the processing or introduction to the market of agricultural, food, fishery or aquaculture products under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan was published on 7 August 2024 in the Journal of Laws (Journal of Laws, item 1203) and enters into force on the day following the date of announcement.
