Modlińska instead of Marywilska. Some tenants will open their stands here

Modlińska zamiast Marywilskiej. Część najemców tu otworzy swoje stoiska

This year's fire at Centrum Marywilska 44 caused tenants to lose all their property in one night.

– "The fire on Marywilska Street has shaken up all tenants, employees and customers. The opening of Centrum Modlińska 6D not only gives us a chance to resume work, but more importantly, it restores the hope that so many have lost," says one of the future tenants.

The center is to be a retail outlet, but also a center for gastronomy from various corners of Asia, such as Vietnamese, Thai, Korean and Japanese cuisine. There are also plans to expand the offer to include Turkish, Tibetan, Spanish and all other flavors of the world.

Hairdressing, beauty and tailoring services will be available to customers. The Centre will also house a dance school and a children's cultural centre, where a variety of additional activities will be held for them.

As Tomasz Phan, president of Centrum Modlińska 6D, says – "In addition to traditional shops, the facility will consist of a food zone and numerous services from completely different industries. There will be, among others, a dance school, a karaoke bar, and a special playroom for children."

The facility is scheduled to open in October.
