The sole owner of the information technology company Mobilly has become the company SIA Mobilly SPV, according to information from Firmas.lv. Previously, 26.63% of the company's shares were owned by Normunds Bergs, 23.5% by Jānis Bergs, 20.32% by Uldis Paberzs, 12.5% by Citadele Bank, 9.17% by ZGI-3 fund, 4.7% by Girts Slaviņš and 3.18% by SIA VVMV. The corresponding changes in the composition of Mobilly shareholders were entered into the Register of Enterprises on Monday, 5 August. Mobilly SPV was registered on 27 December 2023. The company's share capital is EUR 2,800, 80.02% of which is owned by Valdis Bergs, 9.99% by SIA Civinity Mājas Jūrmala, which is owned by Lithuanian companies Civinity namai Kaunas (99.23%) and Civinity (0.77%), and 9.99% by SIA V Baltic partners, owned by Valērijs Kulickis. At the same time, the Mobilly management board, which included Normunds Bergs, Jānis Bergs, Girts Rungainis, Uldis Pabērzs, and Slovak citizen Mizaks Slavomir, was liquidated. Since 2018, Valdis Bergs has been the chairman of the company's management board. According to Firmas.lv, in 2022, Mobilly's turnover was EUR 2.155 million, up 26.6% from the previous year, while the company's profit increased by 58.1% to EUR 12,398. Financial indicators for 2023 have not yet been published. Mobilly was registered in November 2003 with a share capital of EUR 544,983.
