The ministries will begin to implement it, Minister of Education and Research Kristina Kallas, the possible new leader of the Eesti 200 party, said in an interview with Postimees.

In the interview, Kallas also criticized another likely candidate for the post of chairman, Hendrik Johannes Terras, and his supporter Joakim Helenius. “I read Joakim Helenius’s proposal to increase the sales tax (VAT), and I remembered that he left the party precisely because we raised the VAT. He also now understands that we cannot protect our state without raising taxes,” she said.
