Despite all the challenges of war time in 2024 year, developers and retailers have adapted as much as possible to work in difficult conditions and continue development. The First Mall with rental places Epicenter opened September 28 in Chabani, not far from the capital. Before there worked hypermarket network Novaya Liniya. After a scale reconstruction the trade object has become 2,5 times larger. In the two-story building was first launched the first line of the TRC with all store formats of the network Epicenter. At the first floor the large Food Market (2860 sq. m) and Garden Centerwith its own lake and an artificial waterfall under the open sky. The second floor will later become a family entertainment park Epiland (3100 sq. m), well-known catering chains and fashion-brands.
Reminder, the project project supposed that 53 000 square. m would be occupied by store formats network Epicenter, while as 9000 sq. m plazas will be leased. Also constructed underground parking for 1100 cars, in which will be arranged safe cover for staff and visitors.
TC Pokrov
TC Pokrov located in the center of the city of Pokrov Dnepropetrovsk oblast: at the intersection of the flow of customers from the old and new parts of the population point. The Complex represents the building of the former Soviet TsUM, over 40 years operated in the format of a classical department store. Area his 4650 sq. m, also equipped parking on 80 cars. In TC already opened such operators, as Zolotiy Vik, Apteka Optovyh Tsin, Prostor, big multimarket Aurora (480 sq. m) and the anchor tenant – supermarket Varus, a 1400 sq. m. TC Rhodes
In the spring of 2024 year in Aodessa Arcadia a new trading complex Rhodes opened. It occupies for the first time two lower floors of the single residential complex, where 40 stores can be located. This is the first of three planned TCs that the developer of the building company Gefest wants toopen.
Anchor tenant in the Rhodos shopping center is a supermarket of the Kopiika network in an updated premium format with AlaMesa Cafe, where you can drink coffee and snack. Also directly in the store are cooking and pastry workshops, and a mini-bakery. TRC Sil
Regional TRC Sil is located in the most heart of the old city Drohobych – next to with Ratusha on the Square Rynok. It has become the biggest in the districtcity family and children TRC with thoroughly formed tenant-mix on all four four floors. On the minus first is the supermarket Torba square 1200 square. m, there is a large convenient parking (65 free parking spaces and 40 paid). On the first floor there are branches PrivatBank, children’s dentistry, clothing Vloria, shoes InShoes, cafes, copy center and a pet store. The main anchor of the second floor is a children’s entertainment center “Zabava” with an area of almost 1300 sq. m. Company Dityacha planeta, which is filling and promoting DRC, also occupies an open on the third floor restaurant with a large terrace and a view of the mountains and the center of the old city. Stable traffic on the third floor provides educational center IT Step Academy and children’s Center Rehabilitation Zdorova Ditina.
In the spring of 2024 year the IT Step Academy, rehabilitation center and DRC Zabava, and also supermarket Torba. In June other locations launched.
TC Sakura park
The first professional TC in Kamenets-Podolsky opened at the end of November 2024 year. In the framework of the first order on the 3500 sq. m area opened.shops Sinsay, Goldi, Sezon, MBM my home, Eva, Famo, Pandora, Sekunda, Zolotiy vik, Technoprostir, Bulka market and many other. TC Locus
Locus – is a new format of shopping centers in small cities and conglomerates settlements, created by WR Group. The main idea is to make a new place to meet and to give the community of Rudnoy and the surrounding villages a new convenient, comfortable space for shopping and leisure. That’s why the design of the four-story TC was developed with sTaking into account the needs of the residents of the village and the surrounding towns. According to preliminary calculations, the complex will cover about 30 000 visitors. In the trade center is also equipped parking on 70 automobiles. Besides shopping places, the Center has a room for mothers and children, waiting and resting areas, photo zone, areas for charging gadgets and a large yard territory.
In the shopping center are Sinsay, Andi, Andi, Aurora, Avrora, a chain of shoe stores Sezon, Eva, coffee shop La Cafe, Bakery #1, pharmacies Dobrogo Dnego day and Biomed, as also points network Galitsyka svizhina, Є Take, Royal Kebab and other . TC A5
TC A5 is part of the single housing complex being built by developer blago.Its main benefits are pedestrian accessibility to dwellers in the district, lively automobile traffic and developed infrastructure around the area.
