Work on the façade of Mikołów Park begins. This will be followed by finishing works inside. The investment is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2024. The facility achieved 86 percent. commercialization of retail space. The tenants of the Mikołów Park space will include Sinsay, Drogeria dm, Martes Sport, Maxi Zoo, TEDi, Media Expert and Inmedio with the SmaczneGO concept. The commercialization team of Nhood Services Poland is finalizing agreements regarding the remaining retail space of Mikołów Park.
Mikołów Park will use renewable energy sources, a PV installation with an energy bank. 30 trees and shrubs are planned to be planted throughout the complex, while the facades in selected parts will be covered with climbing greenery.
The project is being implemented by the Nhood Services Poland design team on behalf of Ceetrus Polska, which owns the property in Mikołów. The general contractor for the construction works is Infine.
Mikołów Park is being built on part of the former parking lot of the Auchan Mikołów Shopping Center on the western side of the facility.
