  • Merger of two Polish companies belonging to the SPIE Group. Integration means strengthening the market position of the SPIE Group in the technical service of network outlets.

This is also a benefit for the company's business partners and clients – the expanded scale of operation of the combined entities means greater availability of specialists and standardization of services regardless of location.
  • As a result, SPIE Building Solutions gained 57 regional service points and a SPIE OPCO staff of over 300 technical and service employees (HVAC). Her competences include, among others: maintaining the appropriate standard and inspections of buildings, as well as renovations and modernizations of real estate.

Merger of Tech FM companies

SPIE OPCO provides comprehensive mobile Facility Management services for network clients' branches scattered throughout the country. The company is responsible for maintaining the proper technical standard of buildings 24/7, construction inspections, mobile service and maintenance, as well as renovations and modernizations of real estate, inventories and audits, inspections and repairs in the area of fire safety. As a result of the merger, SPIE Building Solutions gains 57 regional service points, SPIE OPCO staff numbering over 300 technical and service employees (HVAC), as well as its nationwide boiler and aggregate teams.

SPIE Building Solutions in the development phase

SPIE Building Solutions has recently experienced dynamic development. In October 2023, SPIE Building Solutions acquired General Property, a company specializing in Tech FM services for the office, logistics, service, retail and residential industries.

SPIE Central Europe is a subsidiary of the SPIE Group, an independent European leader in multi-technical services in the field of energy and data transmission. The SPIE Central Europe group operates in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia and employs approximately 3,800 employees involved in the energy and digital transformation.

SPIE Building Solutions specializes in multi-technical services for buildings. It supports its partners from creating concepts, designing installations and systems, to execution, maintenance and modernization, and ending with technical service. The largest part of the company's operating activity is technical real estate services (TechFM). In 2023, the area of real estate under technical service was over 11 million sq m. After the acquisition of OPCO, SPIE Building Solutions employs over 1,200 specialists.

The SPIE Group employs over 50,000 people. In 2023, SPIE's consolidated revenues amounted to EUR 8.7 billion and consolidated EBITA amounted to EUR 584 million.
