"It made me laugh a little. Of course, the fat and protein content of milk could be higher, but that is not the problem. Estonia produces significantly more milk than we can consume. That is why we are forced to export almost half of the milk and dairy products we produce," Marrandi explained. He stressed that it is not the quality of the milk that is the issue, but what products are made from it and where they are sent.
