New trend for 2025: Polish dairy products reign supreme on the table
Dorota Grabowska, former head of the Marketing Department, is promoted to the position of marketing director of SM Mlekpol. Her previous duties are taken over by her former deputy, appointed in 2024 in the person of Aneta Wysocka-Wejda.
Director of foreign trade, on the other hand, becomes Tomasz Trzaska – head of the Foreign Trade Department from 2018 to 2024 – and his previous position is taken over by Beata Matan, who performed the duties of deputy head of this department during the indicated period.
– Personnel changes in the Trade Department SM Mlekpol are a natural consequence of the development of our organization. Promotions of people with many years of experience in the industry and who have been associated with the company for years will allow us to manage individual areas of its operations even more efficiently,” stresses Malgorzata Cebelińska, Vice President of the Management Board of SM Mlekpol.
Dorota Grabowska, the new Marketing Director of Mlekpol, is an expert with over 15 years of professional experience. She is a specialist in building communication strategies and creating the image of premium and FMCG brands. She has been with Mlekpol since 2017, and is responsible for creating strategies for brands such as Łaciate, Mlekpol, Rolmlecz and Maślanka Mrągowska.
Tomasz Trzaska, taking on the position of foreign trade director, has extensive knowledge of the international dairy market, as well as a deep understanding of the specifics of individual sales directions. In his new role, he will be responsible for developing Mlekpol’s export strategy, searching for new markets, increasing the efficiency of export activities and strengthening the cooperative’s position on the global dairy market.

The persons appointed to the managerial positions – Aneta Wysocka-Wejda and Beata Matan – have been associated with the cooperative since 2019 and 2006, respectively, which guarantees a smooth continuation of the company’s existing development policy, both in the marketing and promotional aspects, as well as in sales, the producer reports.
